Result Formats Explained
Total Days: Raw count of calendar days between the two dates.
Weeks + Days: How many full weeks, plus remaining days (e.g. 14 weeks, 3 days).
Months + Days: Full calendar months plus leftover days, accounting for month lengths.
Years + Months + Days: Most natural breakdown — like an age (e.g. 2y 4m 11d).
Business Days: Weekdays only (Mon–Fri), excluding weekends.

FAQ
Does the calculator include both the start and end dates?
The total days count the gap between the dates. Day 0 is the start date, so a difference of 7 days means the end date is one week after the start.
Why does the 'Swap' button exist?
Swapping start and end dates is useful if you accidentally entered them in reverse order, or if you want to quickly reverse the direction of the calculation.
